Phase 2. WHAT (Weeks 4-6): Customer validation and offer design
- Customer-discovery methodology: preparing, conducting and analysing interviews, leading to Challenge 3: 5 to 10 customer interviews completed (assessed deliverable)
- Customer-insight synthesis; designing the offer that answers the identified problem
- Challenge 4: The offer, materialised as a landing page or structured pitch (assessed deliverable)

Every participant is interviewed before joining. We'll look at your idea's stage, your goals, and your 5-hours-a-week reality. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you honestly, and point you to a better next step. The cohort stays small because that's how everyone gets real attention.
Step 1: Apply and book your admission interview
Once we've confirmed fit, you sign the training contract and your seat is held at today's price. From the day you sign, you have a legal 14-day withdrawal period. Nothing is charged during those 14 days. Change your mind inside them and it costs you nothing.
At the end of your 14-day withdrawal period, the €500 deposit (25% of the price) is collected and your place is confirmed. Your card is registered when you sign up, so there's nothing further for you to do.
Step 2: Secure your seat
Option A: two additional payments around 38% each
• 38% in the 4th week of the training -> 19/10/2026, 759 euros
• 37% in the final days of the training -> 23/11/2026, 738 euros
Option B: 3 additional payments of 25% (€499) each
• 25% in the 1st week of the training -> 28/09/2026, 499 euros

In the previous intake, we were meeting either on Mondays or Fridays at 7 am ET / 1 pm CET, timed to fit lunch breaks in Europe and early mornings in North America, on the days when you're most likely working remotely.
